HEAD OF DIGITAL PR ( Lagos )

In line with our continuing expansion into the online space were are recruiting to fill the role of Head of Digital PR.

The winning candidate will set the direction for all online PR activity within the agency, working closely with all agency teams on client campaigns while developing new business relationships.

The agency has a stellar mix of clients across home entertainment, music, TV, event, film, celebrity, publishing, and more, so applicants will have an excellent knowledge of relevant local and international online media and be able to demonstrate top-level contacts within these outlets.

You will be an online PR and social media expert, with at least 2 years experience in this field, and an excellent understanding of the evolving digital landscape.

You will need to able to demonstrate the effectiveness of online PR to existing and potential new clients, as well as helping the agency as a whole stay at the forefront of digital innovation and trends. This is a job for a news-savvy creative individual.

Salary: Subject to experience.

PRESS ASSISTANTS REQUIRED ( Lagos and Abuja )

What will you get to do?
Successful candidates will be guided through all PR disciplines by experienced industry experts, on hand to provide comprehensive and dedicated training on how to craft clear and concise press releases, schedule print, TV and radio press days, organise photography shoots and accompany journalists on set, in studios and within our offices. You will have the opportunity to cultivate and maintain contacts across every area of the media, and develop skills in both pitching and brainstorming.
Your role will be supporting one of the agency’s extremely busy teams. From this vantage point you can become the eyes and ears of your team, a position that will both hold the team together and become the rock the team relies on. In short, with the calibre of clients here at Kirby, you are on the wild frontier of the media at all times. It will be exciting, you won’t fail to learn an enormous amount and you will have a fantastic time!
