Then his voice and style is one that music lovers of all genres will be sure to listen to and grow with for years to come.

“The Red carpet” starts off with Mo Eazy’s bold proclamations of “yawa to bama shele ma shele”. The grimy southern beats and contemporary Nigerian style complements Mo Eazy’s laid back, verses, over rugged synthesizer beats, letting his words shine. The one thing that remains constant throughout, is that the song allows the listener to believe s/he is sharing this scenario.

JIFF

For an R&B singer it can be a tough balancing act, making songs that men can relate to, while still making music that reaches out to the ladies. But on his debut effort, “Cobra”, Jiff does a hell of a job walking a creative tight wire.
Born Jiff Ajufo Jr., the singer went through a lot to get to the point where we can now enjoy his solo debut.
Jiff spent years entering talent competitions and helping out at recording studios in order to be around music and live music, he says “I was also registered as an extra for movies and music videos and I can’t even begin to count how many I was in. I was just trying everything I could to get into the business.”  This is the tenacity, which has brought Jiff to the position he is at today.
Born in Westminster in London, Jiff was enrolled into boarding school in Middlesex, at a tender age of 10 and quickly joined the local football team. “I absolutely loved football and the whole boarding life thing, but then I discovered New Edition and became an avid fan things changed.  The turning point for me was when I saw Bobby Brown win Favorite male artist at the AMA in 1990 for his album, ’Don’t be Cruel’ …I thought to myself that’s what I’m going to do!!.’
Taking a look around these days, it wouldn’t be too much of a leap to assume that to achieve success (no matter how short) plenty of artists have jumped on the same old monotonous bandwagon.
But Jiff is a refreshing change to this! He comes with his eclectic taste in music, and his deliverance is clearly second to none. “Cobra” is a breath of fresh air compared to the stereotypical poseurs who jump through musical hoops for a quick buck
“My style is eclectic… I’m not an R’n’b  artist or a Hip Hop artist, I like to see myself as a world artist.”
Those familiar with his previous work as the co-founder of the group Paragon, already know that Jiff’s approach is a kaleidoscopic one……… Jiff is a man with many sides.
The production side of Jiff really took off, when word of his skills spread throughout the hip-hop music industry. By 2008, Jiff had already accumulated an impressive production track list.
Jiff is not your average recording artist.  While Jiff’s emotive voice is reminiscent of a more soulful time in R&B music, which is displayed
in his upcoming album, his unique style on “Cobra” is firmly rooted in his R’n’B soul background and combines perfectly with, the streetwise vibe synonymous and funky house beats
Jiff exudes passion in his music. His delivery and writing skills are reminiscent of other legends-in-the-making such as Ne-yo, Leela James and Lemar; artists whose music will manage to survive for decades and still sound timeless.
For Jiff, who cites R.Kelly, Prince and Babyface among those who have inspired his adeptness as a songwriter and Teddy Riley and Timbaland as producers, the release of Cobra  and the debut album ’Don’t talk….Just listen’ in the works is only the beginning of great records to come from this ambitious artist.
The song “Cobra” which features legendary rapper Mode 9 is not only a hot release; it’s easily one of the best R&B/funky house tracks of the year.
And he does a remarkable job of holding down the track from beginning to end
Don’t sleep.
